The purpose of a site inspection is to make sure the tent you have rented will fit on your property and not interfere will underground or above utilities. A site inspection is included in your rental and will be done prior to your event. The following should be taken into consideration when determining the size of tent you will be renting.
1. Location - A flat area approximately 3' bigger than the tent you are renting should be used. For example a 20'x20' tent will need a 23'x23' area.
2. Utilities - It is the responsibility of the customer to locate underground utilities by calling OUPS, 1-800- 362-2764. It could take at least a week to have them marked. Keep in mind structures and utilities in the the air where the tent will be going, branches, overhangs, phone lines etc.
